The Ultimate Fighting Championship makes its promotional debut in Moscow, Russia on Saturday, Sept. 14 with UFC Fight Night 136. The event — which takes place at Olympic Stadium in Moscow — is set to be headlined by a clash of mixed martial arts heavyweights Mark Hunt and Aleksei Oleinik.

Other bouts on the main card include a co-main event between light heavyweights Jan Blachowicz and Nikita Krylov, Shamil Abdurakhimov vs. Andrei Arlovski in the heavyweight division, and a welterweight scrap between Thiago Alves and Alexey Kunchenko.

Early Friday morning, the official fighter weigh-ins took place at the fighter hotel with two fighters missing their marks, including one fighter who came in a whopping 6 pounds over his contracted weight.

Jin Soo Son came in at 137 pounds for his bantamweight bout against Petr Yan, while Mairbek Taisumov was 161 pounds for a contracted lightweight battle with Desmond Green. Both fighters will be heavily fined, with Son forfeiting 20 percent of his purse and Taisumov giving up 40 percent.

Because of the difference in time zones, UFC Fight Night 136 will kickoff bright and early at 10:30 a.m. ET on Saturday before the main card kicks off at 2:00 p.m. ET. The entire event will be streamed live on UFC Fight Pass.
